Payment and shipping

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

Deliveries are possible to delivery addresses in Germany, the EU and Switzerland. International shipping outside the EU is also possible.

The delivery is only possible with GLS or DHL. However, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Shipping within Germany and the EU depends on the weight of the shipment and is calculated and shown in the order process. In the case of international shipping outside the EU, the shipping costs may be corrected again after the order process, as the conditions vary greatly from time to time.

You can choose between payment in advance or PayPal and PayPal plus, including credit card payments.

Terms of delivery

As far as in the respective offer no other time limit is indicated, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 2-3 days, for foreign deliveries within 2-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
