The components, like the entire front axle, are exposed to large forces, which is why they require special attention. Journeys through potholes put a considerable strain on the axle. The steering reversing block or the support arm heads on the wishbones can also be affected. Knocked out components are noticeable in the form of steering play or the car pulls in one direction while driving. Vibrations on the steering wheel can also be signs of wear. The work should always be done on both sides and it is advisable to check all steering elements on the occasion. You should visit the workshop for the change, because it is essential to measure the axis and readjust the track. Otherwise a lack of straight running and tire wear are the result.
